Shory is a digital insurance brokerage serving individual and business insurance buyers in the United Arab Emirates and, since a 2026 regulatory approval, Saudi Arabia. The company is licensed by the Central Bank of the UAE (License Number 287) and distributes car, health, home, and pet insurance through mobile apps and a website rather than underwriting policies itself; it partners with UAE insurers for the underlying coverage.

Distribution runs through native apps on iOS, Android, and the Huawei AppGallery, plus the web platform, with a claims flow the company says can issue vehicle insurance in under 90 seconds. Corporate and group health inquiries are handled by dedicated account managers. Beyond personal lines, Shory has added a marine insurance product for fleets and a business-to-business travel insurance product for visa agencies.

Shory operates beyond a plain comparison site through backend integrations with outside platforms: in November 2025 it became the first insurtech onboarded onto Abu Dhabi's TAMM 4.0 government services platform, connecting directly into TAMM for real-time vehicle inspection, insurance, and registration verification with automatic renewal, and it embeds insurance comparison into ADNOC Distribution's customer channels. The company is a First.tech business under Judan Financial Holding, backed by IHC (International Holding Company), and reported passing one million customers served as of a 2026 UAE-wide campaign.
