Founded in 2025 by CEO Sean Stuart and co-founder Chris Dwyer, the company operates from dual headquarters in Sydney, Australia and Austin, Texas. The brokerage built its own AI tooling in-house rather than licensing broker software from an outside vendor. The platform automates policy submissions across more than 100 carrier portals, compares policy documents to flag coverage gaps and exclusions, generates certificates of insurance in under two minutes, and assists brokers with real-time guidance during client calls. Rosella raised approximately USD 2.6M (AUD 3.7M) in a pre-seed round in April 2026 led by Peak XV Partners and Intact Private Capital, and holds carrier appointments that include Travelers, Chubb, Geico, Mercury, The Hartford, Nationwide, Progressive, Hiscox, AmTrust, Texas Mutual, Coalition, and Markel.
