Overview

weSure Global Tech Ltd (TASE: WESR) is a digital insurance technology group that develops, licenses, and operates multi-line insurance platforms for carriers, agents, and direct consumers. Founded in 2016 as David Digital Company Ltd, the company rebranded in January 2021 following an IPO on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange.

The company's core platform delivers end-to-end digital policy purchase, administration, and claims processing through a multi-distribution model spanning retail agents, wholesalers, and direct channels. In Israel, weSure operates two insurance subsidiaries -- Ayalon Insurance Company Ltd (67% stake, acquired 2022) and WeSure Insurance Company Ltd -- generating NIS 3.5 billion in combined annual gross premiums. A development center in Bangalore, India (WeSure InsurTech Services) supports platform engineering.

In 2023, weSure launched WeSure Digital Insurance Services in the US as an MGA, initially writing Business Owners Policy (BOP) products in Ohio in partnership with AmTrust Financial Services. As of 2025, the US operations expanded across multiple states and merged with Hourly, a US fintech platform serving SMBs with hourly workforces, combining payroll, time tracking, workers' compensation, and insurance in a single platform. The combined entity was valued at USD 53 million with USD 10 million in additional funding at close.
