Overview

VIPERPRO is a claims inspection platform for insurance carriers and adjusters, built around P&C motor and property claims. Developed by Jestosoft S.r.l., an Italian software company, the product enables remote real-time video inspections that replace in-person appraisals while producing legally admissible documentation.

The platform captures georeferenced, timestamp-stamped video and photo evidence under live adjuster direction, then automatically generates a certified PDF/A inspection report bearing a Qualified Electronic Seal (QeSeal, powered by Infocert). Adjusters can also leverage embedded AI tools for claim analysis. Integration options include a REST API and iFrame/WebView embedding for web and mobile applications. All captured media is signed with SHA-256 hashing to maintain a tamper-evident chain of custody.
