Overview
IN2 Koper is a claims management and policy administration software provider for P&C carriers in Central and Southeast Europe. The company is the dedicated insurance business unit of IN2 Group, a Croatia-headquartered software group with roots in insurance systems engineering going back to 1992.
IN2 Koper builds its flagship claims product, IN2 Claims, natively on Microsoft Dynamics 365, combining insurance domain configuration with the underlying Dynamics 365 and Power Platform stack. The product covers the end-to-end claims lifecycle with AI-assisted automation for document and email processing, multi-channel customer communication (email, SMS, mobile, web portal), and open APIs for integration. A companion product, INsurance2 CORE, provides policy administration and billing for high-volume transaction processing, and the company also offers customer and broker digital portals and ACORD-aligned digital transformation consulting.
IN2 Group was acquired by Constellation Software, through its Vela Operating Group and Aquila Software division, in December 2018. Across the group, IN2 supports insurer customers managing roughly EUR 1.2 billion in annually written premiums and 2.2 million client accounts. Customers using IN2's claims and CRM implementations include Triglav Group, Generali, Croatia Zavarovanje, and Uniqa Insurance Group.
