Trustlog is a digital surety and guarantee management platform serving the construction sector in Germany. The platform digitizes the full lifecycle of construction guarantees (Avale) -- replacing paper-based processes with an end-to-end digital workflow that connects contractors, project developers, general contractors, public authorities, and guarantee providers on a single system.
The platform operates as a SaaS solution with API integration capabilities for existing ERP and construction software environments. It manages real-time data exchange and automated status tracking across all parties in a guarantee transaction, with a focus on data sovereignty through German-hosted infrastructure certified under the "Made and Hosted in Germany" standard.
Trustlog is a joint venture of R+V Allgemeine Versicherung and VHV Allgemeine Versicherung -- two major German P&C insurers -- and manages over EUR 7 billion in guarantees for more than 4,000 construction companies. The platform integrates with nine or more surety providers and connects with major construction software ecosystems.
