Tamamliyo is an embedded insurance distribution platform for digital businesses in Turkey and Europe. Founded in 2022 by Metin Onguc (CEO) and Deniz Gul (CTO), the company is headquartered in Istanbul with R&D operations at Antalya Technopark.

The platform provides 9 ready-to-use REST APIs and a no-code widget builder, enabling integrations within 7 days from agreement to launch. Partners can offer more than 20 insurance product types including travel health, ticket cancellation, electronics, pet, scooter, home (earthquake), and cargo insurance. The open insurance portal model connects digital distributors directly to 20+ insurance carrier partners, reducing development overhead for both sides.

By 2024, Tamamliyo had integrated with 40+ travel applications and reached 1.25 million end consumers through partner platforms. In 2024 the company launched a European brand, komplet.io, entering the German market with insurance products available without country or citizenship restrictions. A 2025 growth round valued the company at USD 4 million, with investors including Nexrone Global and Fongogo co-founder Ali Cebi.
