Stoik is a cyber insurance MGA underwriting policies for small and medium-sized enterprises across six European countries, distributed through a broker network of over 2,000 partners. Stoik underwrites cyber risk with capacity provided by Tokio Marine HCC, Swiss Re, and Axeria IARD. Founded in 2021, the company operates in France, Germany, Spain, Belgium, Austria, and Luxembourg, and expanded to the Netherlands in early 2026.

Stoik reported net premium volume of approximately EUR 50 million in 2025, with over 200% year-on-year growth. The company raised a EUR 20 million Series C round in January 2026, led by Impala and Opera Tech Ventures, bringing total disclosed funding to over EUR 60 million. Headcount stood at 130+ employees as of early 2026.
