Overview
SigortaPro is an agency management and digital operations platform for insurance agencies, brokers, and banks in Turkey. Developed by AcerPro, a software company founded in 2005 and based at Yildiz Technical University Technopark in Istanbul, the platform digitalizes sales channels and back-office workflows for insurance intermediaries in the Turkish P&C market.
AcerPro delivers several products under the SigortaPro brand: InsurUp, a customer management system for agencies; InsurGateway, an open insurance connectivity platform; and a bancassurance platform for banks. These products are delivered as cloud-based software and are designed to reduce manual processes in policy management, customer tracking, and transaction handling across insurance distribution channels.
The company has been operating for more than 20 years and serves the Turkish insurance market exclusively. In 2022, SigortaPro was named a finalist in the Most Insurtech Innovative Product and Project category at the Turkey Insurtech Awards. No external funding has been disclosed; the company operates on a bootstrapped basis.
