Saladin is a digital insurance distribution platform for carriers, agents, and partner ecosystems in Vietnam. The company provides end-to-end online insurance purchasing covering the full journey from quote to claims, and operates an embedded B2B2C distribution channel across payment, travel, and adjacent consumer verticals.

The platform delivers digital certificate issuance, claims submission, and customer support via mobile app, with an agent and collaborator network (Saladin Pro) of over 15,000 registered partners. Saladin integrates with major Vietnamese payment providers including ZaloPay and VNPay, and connects to 15 insurers across non-life and life insurance segments.

Founded in 2022, Saladin has reached nearly one million unique customers and raised a Series A round in December 2025 led by SBI Ven Capital with participation from Monk's Hill Ventures, Peak XV Partners, and ICMG. The company is expanding its product portfolio into life insurance and term health protection products designed for online distribution.
