Overview

Rokk3r is a Miami-based venture builder and technology consulting firm, and one of the world's first venture builders focused on emerging and exponential technologies. The company partners with entrepreneurs, corporations, and investors to co-build and scale technology-enabled companies, products, and services. Since its founding in 2012, Rokk3r has built over 50 companies and designed over 200 digital products across four continents.

In June 2019, Rokk3r acquired Bullfrog Ventures, an insurtech-focused incubator founded in 2016 with operations in Latin America. This acquisition created Rokk3r Insurtech, a dedicated division focused on accelerating the insurance industry's digital transformation. Rokk3r Insurtech co-developed an Insurtech Portal database of 80+ insurtechs in partnership with Chubb Latin America, and has partnered with leading AI and insurance SaaS companies to bring new capabilities to the Latin American market.

Rokk3r's portfolio includes notable insurtech exits -- most prominently BOXX Insurance, a cyber insurance venture acquired by Zurich Insurance Group in July 2025.
