Overview

Panora is an AI-powered workflow automation platform built for insurance brokers. The platform covers the full client service cycle -- from document collection and quote requests through offer comparison and client presentation -- enabling brokers to process more files without increasing headcount.

Three distinct modules handle separate stages of the broker workflow: structured client file management with integrated quote dispatch, AI-assisted multi-carrier quote comparison with automated summaries, and client-ready recommendation documents with built-in compliance checks. The platform is delivered as SaaS on European infrastructure with GDPR and DDA compliance; Panora does not use client data to train its models.

Panora launched commercially around April 2026 and signed 40 broker clients within three months, including large firms and international brokers and insurers. Clients report 4x more files processed at constant headcount, 3x more converted appointments to signed policies, and 18 percent margin gains on complex files. In July 2026, the company raised a USD 5M seed round led by Isai, with Kima Ventures, 100in, 199 Ventures, and the founders of Pennylane also participating.
