Oyen is a digital pet insurance platform targeting pet owners in Malaysia and Southeast Asia. The company operates as a registered takaful agent for Zurich General Takaful Malaysia and as an insurance agent for MSIG Insurance (Malaysia), distributing cat and dog health coverage through a fully digital purchase and claims workflow.

The platform allows pet owners to buy a policy in approximately five minutes online and submit claims through a self-service portal with direct bank reimbursement. Core coverage includes surgical fees, diagnostic tests, hospitalization, prescribed medication, and third-party liability. Oyen also offers Takaful Kucing, marketed as Asia's first Shariah-compliant cat insurance product, and a travel insurance product that includes trip curtailment coverage for pet owners whose animals fall ill during a trip.

As of March 2026, Oyen had reached RM100 million in active protection coverage and was targeting 50,000 insured pets in Malaysia and 100,000 across Southeast Asia by end of 2026. The company raised a RM1.7M (USD 420K) seed round in 2021 led by Hustle Fund, with participation from angel investors.
