Netlevel is an agency management software provider for insurance brokers and agencies in Italy. The company builds tools covering the core operational needs of P&C insurance intermediaries, from portfolio administration and sales pipeline management to policyholder self-service.
The product suite centers on three applications: Axicura, a cloud-based agency management platform for portfolio and document management; Engage, a sales process tool handling quotation, pipeline, and electronic signatures; and Inmemo, a mobile app giving policyholders direct access to their policy data and claims. Platform modules add SDI-compliant electronic invoicing, electronic payments, digital signatures, and legally compliant document archiving.
Netlevel has operated since 2002 and holds ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification. The company is a founding member of SHARE (Associazione Nazionale Software House mercato Assicurativo), the Italian industry association for software houses in the insurance market.
