Overview
Navwise is a decision intelligence platform for small and medium-sized business (SMB) health benefits, serving PEOs, HR platforms, brokers, general agencies, and carriers. The platform delivers portfolio-level automation and funding-model insights across PEO, level-funded, ACA, and ICHRA models.
The platform combines block-level automation with funding-model scoring to help benefits organizations manage renewals, triage new business leads, and align underwriting decisions. Capabilities span three functional areas: new business automation for lead scoring and model-fit triage, renewal defense for surfacing at-risk groups and benchmarking rates, and underwriting alignment for real-time market-calibrated pricing intelligence.
Navwise was originally developed as SlainTech within Zoe Foundry, a venture studio focused on AI innovation in employee benefits, before relaunching as an independent company in October 2025. The platform had processed decisions for more than 10,000 employer groups before its independent launch, backed by a USD 5M seed round secured through Zoe Foundry in July 2024 with participation from Principal Financial Group and RGA.
