Overview

Merimen is a claims and policy management SaaS platform for insurers and takaful operators, primarily serving motor and general insurance carriers across the Asia-Pacific region. The company operates as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Silverlake Axis Ltd, a Singapore Exchange Mainboard-listed company, under the Fermion group since November 2021.

The platform comprises three main products: eClaims, an end-to-end digital claims workflow engine; ePolicy, a cloud-based policy configuration and transaction processing platform; and TrueSight, an analytics suite that provides benchmarking and operational insights. All products are delivered as cloud-based SaaS on an open modular architecture, enabling insurers to configure and extend functionality without replacing core infrastructure.

Merimen reports adoption by more than 150 insurance companies, 5,000 workshops and motor franchises, and 200 survey and investigation firms across APAC. Notable clients include MSIG Insurance, which deployed eClaims for end-to-end digital claims processing and used ePolicy to redesign the Lexus customer journey in Vietnam. The company has branch offices across Southeast Asia, as well as in Hong Kong, Tokyo, and Dubai.
