Kind Sisters
B2B SaaS CRM for Korean auto and long-term insurance agencies and brokers
Overview
Kind Sisters is a distribution and sales technology provider for automobile and long-term insurance agencies and brokers in South Korea. Its flagship platform, AutoCore, unifies and automates brokerage operations for agencies handling auto and long-term (life/health) insurance lines.
AutoCore is delivered as a modular, subscription-based SaaS: agencies can adopt individual modules in phases rather than the full suite at once. The platform combines quote intake and comparison with a macro-driven automation engine for repetitive sales and back-office tasks, an API layer connecting insurers, dealers, and agencies on shared data, and AI-assisted customer segmentation, alongside a security and permissions layer for agency data. A second product, Donna-moo, is in proof-of-concept development with DB Life Insurance; it applies AI to unstructured policy documents to calculate financial-planner performance and policy-achievement metrics for agency managers.
Kind Sisters was founded as a consumer used-car marketplace connecting individual sellers with a nationwide dealer network, and continues to operate that business alongside AutoCore; the dealer relationships built through the marketplace carry over into AutoCore's distribution footprint. The company has not disclosed external funding. Its most concrete traction to date is a 2026 selection as a finalist in the DB x Seoul Startup Open Innovation Program alongside DB Life Insurance, and a memorandum of understanding with vehicle-services company Weka Mobility to combine vehicle diagnosis and transport with insurance comparison, enrollment, and renewal management.
