Insurlog is an embedded logistics insurance platform for e-commerce and logistics companies in Vietnam. The platform includes an Insurance Order Management System and RESTful API that allow logistics operators and e-commerce businesses to integrate insurance directly into their workflows. Technology infrastructure is powered by IXT (OneDegree Global's insurtech arm), which provides the underlying insurance core platform. This cloud-based architecture enables partners to embed and administer insurance products without building the backend from scratch.
Since launching in January 2023, Insurlog has issued over one million insurance policies via the IXT platform and processed 200,000+ order insurance claims, reporting a compensation rate above 85% for damaged or lost items. The company has partnerships with regional logistics operators including Ninjavan, positioning it within the growing Vietnam e-commerce insurance market.
