Overview
Infomax Insurance Brokers is a Greek insurance brokerage serving individual and family consumers in Thessaloniki and across Greece. Founded in 2008, the company compares health, life, home, pet, and travel insurance programs from around 30 Greek and international insurers -- roughly 300 individual programs in total -- through its online marketplace at infomax.gr, letting customers get quotes and buy coverage without going through a single-carrier agent.
The product line spans individual and family health insurance, including coverage for children, seniors, and pre-existing conditions; international health insurance for expatriates through partners such as Cigna, April, Allianz Care, and IMG; life and income-protection insurance; group life and health programs for employers; and home, pet, and travel insurance. Since 2018, infomax.gr has operated as a comparison and quote marketplace built as a SvelteKit web application rather than a static brochure site. In 2022 the company launched My Infomax, a companion web portal and mobile app that lets customers manage policies from any insurance carrier, not only those placed through Infomax, in a single dashboard, submit and track claims online, and message an advisor directly. Infomax has received several Greek digital-industry awards for the platform, including recognition at the Digital Finance Awards and the e-volution Awards.
