Overview
ILIFE was founded in 2019 by Nelson Lee (CEO) and Amit Lohia (CTO) to simplify the buying and selling of life insurance through a digital platform. Originally focused on life insurance distribution, the platform aggregated data from leading carriers to enable real-time digital distribution across the industry.
In April 2025, iLife Technologies rebranded as InfrasAI to reflect its evolution beyond life insurance into a headless connectivity infrastructure platform. InfrasAI enables insurance carriers to seamlessly integrate with any distributor user interface without extensive redevelopment -- reducing integration timelines from 24 weeks to as little as 2 weeks.
The company has raised USD 21.04M in total funding, including a USD 17M Series A in January 2023, and serves major carriers including Transamerica and Guardian.
