HONK also provides accident management, catastrophe event coordination, vehicle logistics, and reimbursement tools for self-service scenarios. The system integrates with insurance platforms, fleet management systems, and automotive OEM environments. Performance metrics include an NPS above 83, a CSAT rating of 4.7, wait times 50% below industry averages, and a complaint rate below 0.5%.
HONK raised USD 32.9 million across three rounds before being acquired by Frontenac, a Chicago-based private equity firm, in April 2026. As part of the same transaction, HONK acquired CurbsideSOS to expand its non-tow service capabilities. Leadership of the combined entity is drawn from the former Grubhub team: Adam DeWitt (CEO), Matt Maloney (Chairman), Eric Ferguson (COO), and Morgan Hughes (CFO).
