Overview

Grupa FORT is a policy administration and commission-settlement software provider for insurance agencies, brokers, and financial intermediaries in Poland. The group, made up of FORT Systemy Informatyczne Sp. z o.o. and FORT Informatyczne Technologie Ubezpieczeniowe Sp. z o.o., has built software exclusively for the insurance sector since its first application shipped in 1997, covering property and life insurance as well as adjacent credit and leasing products sold through the same intermediary channel.

The group's core system, FORT Pro, runs as agency and individual-agent editions sharing a database, with CRM functions, multi-source data import, and client communication by SMS and mail. A companion web application, FORT Net, gives browser access to the same data without the desktop client, and FORT Host offers cloud database hosting so agencies can avoid running their own servers. FORT Abakus, described by the group as its flagship service, automates reconciliation of agency commission statements against insurer records. The group also builds integrations connecting its platform to auto dealers that sell insurance alongside vehicles.

In 2024, Grupa FORT extended into regulatory compliance software, launching FORT Sygnalisci, a whistleblower-protection application built with partner JD Compliance to help insurance agents and brokers meet Poland's Whistleblower Protection Act.
