FlexMyRoom is an embedded insurance platform for the hotel sector, enabling hotels to offer cancellation and travel assistance insurance directly within their booking flows. Its B2B2C model sells to hotels, which in turn offer the products to guests at the point of reservation.

Founded in 2019 by Miguel Signes Perello and Ruben Anton Martinez, FlexMyRoom was incubated at Demium Benidorm and graduated from the Lanzadera accelerator in Valencia. In September 2025, the company was acquired by Atlantigo, the insurance group built around Intermundial, with FlexMyRoom continuing to operate as an independent team. Integration partners include Roiback, Cloudbeds, Paraty Tech, Mirai, Witbooking, and others.
