Finhaat is a B2B insurance distribution and servicing platform built for financial inclusion in India. The company provides technology infrastructure for distributing insurance and wealth products to underserved segments -- emerging middle-class and lower-income households in rural and Tier 2-4 cities. Its institutional partners include NBFCs, MFIs, NGOs, BC networks, Nidhi companies, cooperatives, and FPOs.
The platform delivers three SaaS products -- FinSAAS, FinPRO, and FinWealth -- covering insurance distribution, real-time quoting, digital issuance, claims management, and wealth management. All products are API-first, enabling plug-and-play integration with partners' existing CRM systems. As of FY25, Finhaat serves 9 million+ lives covered through 200+ institutional partners and 5,000+ individual partners, with 95% pincode coverage across India. The company reported FY25 revenue of INR 30+ crores, reflecting 20%+ year-over-year growth. Finhaat raised a USD 3M seed round in December 2023 led by Omnivore with participation from Kettleborough VC.
