The platform delivers capabilities across new business reporting, advisor recruiting, client service, and AI-assisted tools. It integrates with MassMutual systems and the broader life insurance ecosystem, including EZ-app for NIGO reduction. The cloud-based product is delivered as SaaS and includes mobile AI features for real-time policy lookup and at-risk policy monitoring.

Fieldtech was established in 2022 as a joint venture with NFP, an Aon company, after Lenox Advisors developed an internal agency management system that demonstrated measurable gains in client retention and advisor performance. NFP commercialized the solution through Fieldtech to serve the broader MassMutual career agency market.
