Overview

Felix is an insurtech infrastructure platform that enables legal, finance, and insurance professionals to automate document-heavy workflows using natural language descriptions. The platform targets carriers, brokers, and professional services firms that operate in compliance-sensitive environments where audit trails and deterministic outputs are required.

The Felix Hyperautomation Platform lets users define complex workflows in plain language, which the system translates into executable automation code. The platform runs processes continuously, aggregating data from emails and cloud storage, structuring outputs into queryable tables, and maintaining built-in checkpoints and audit logs. Integrations with MCP-based AI tooling extend the platform into broader automation ecosystems.

Felix raised USD 1.7M in pre-seed funding in April 2026 led by XYZ Venture Capital, with angel backing from operators at Amazon, Apple, Palantir, FlexPort, Yelp, and Midjourney. The company was founded by Tomas Scavnicky and Mato Vetrak, who previously built and sold Parrot, a legal workflow automation tool acquired by FileVine in April 2025. Early customers include Eversheds Sutherland, PwC, and Kearney.
