Overview
Everdays is a direct-to-consumer and independent-agent life insurance carrier licensed in Michigan and California, focused on the 50-and-above market. Founded in 2017 by Mark Alhermizi as a spinout from IZI Mobile, the company offers simplified issue whole life and term life products distributed through a 100% digital platform that eliminates medical exams from the enrollment process.
The platform supports two distribution channels: a consumer-facing digital interface and a full agent portal introduced in July 2024 with the Everdays 2.0 launch. The agent network had grown to over 500 independent agents by late 2024, with the company targeting more than 1,000 enrolled agents by year-end. A distinguishing feature is "Policy with a Plan," a tool that lets policyholders allocate proceeds to specific expenses (funeral costs, debt, inheritance) at the time of purchase.

Carrier partners -- including TruStage, American-Amicable Life Insurance Company of Texas, and Legal and General America -- provide the risk-bearing capacity while Everdays controls distribution, underwriting decisioning, and the customer experience.
