Overview
EUCON GMBH is a German data intelligence company offering AI-powered claims management services to property and casualty insurers. Founded in 1997 in Munster, Germany, the company initially focused on automotive data and parts pricing before expanding into insurance claims management in 2002. Its insurance division, now operating under the brand VYDA, provides digital claims workflow automation across automobile, property, and personal injury lines, serving 50+ insurance carriers across 80+ countries.
VYDA's platform handles end-to-end claims processing tasks including digital loss notification, AI-based document classification, vehicle damage photo assessment, cost estimation, and invoice verification. The company uses proprietary in-house AI models combined with human expert review, a methodology it describes as human-centered AI. EUCON holds an AI Seal of Quality certification from Bitkom e.V., a German digital industry association.
In October 2025, Infopro Digital -- a Paris-based professional information group backed by TowerBrook Capital Partners -- acquired EUCON for approximately EUR 300 million enterprise value from VHV Versicherung and Datelligence Equity Partners. EUCON operates across 80+ countries with more than 250 employees and a separate automotive division (PartsPool) serving BMW, Mercedes-Benz, and other OEMs.
