Dyad is an insurance distribution software provider serving retail agencies, agency networks, wholesalers, MGAs, program administrators, and carriers in the P&C market. The company emerged from the 2023 merger of XDimensional Technologies and I-Engineering, two insurance software firms with combined experience exceeding 20 years in the property and casualty sector. The unified Dyad brand launched in January 2024.
