Overview

Cybercade is a gamified cyber security awareness training platform for enterprise organizations and insurance industry clients seeking to reduce human cyber risk. Founded in 2022 as a spinoff from Iowa-based cybersecurity firm ProCircular, the company is headquartered in Coralville, Iowa.

The platform delivers immersive, games-based learning experiences that replace traditional compliance-driven security training modules. Cybercade uses real-life threat scenarios, virtual escape rooms, and workplace-integrated micro-challenges to build cybersecurity awareness and critical thinking skills among employees. Features include role-specific training, AI-powered adaptive learning paths, leaderboards, and Slack integration for in-workflow delivery.

Cybercade raised a USD 50K seed round and was accepted into the Global Insurance Accelerator (GIA), the world's first insurtech-focused business accelerator, in 2023. The company served as a supporter sponsor at InsureTech Connect (ITC) Vegas 2024, reflecting its positioning within the insurance industry's cyber risk management ecosystem.
