Overview

Creasoft is a distribution and sales technology provider serving insurance brokers, financial intermediaries, and financial institutions in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. The company builds modular back-end systems that enable financial product distributors to compare, quote, and bind insurance and financial products digitally, and manages the full intermediary distribution lifecycle from client onboarding to commission settlement.

The companys core platform, ZETEO, delivers objective product comparison and paperless contract conclusion across vehicle, property, life, and travel insurance as well as mortgages and consumer loans. Complementary modules include MAXX, a CRM for managing intermediaries and commissions; DATAHUB, a connectivity layer linking to 100+ financial institutions; FORMIO, a document digitalization and electronic signature tool; and Online KANCL, a cloud office management solution for financial advisors. The platform integrates with Bank ID for secure digital identity verification and supports electronic signatures throughout the contracting workflow.

Founded in 1998, Creasoft has grown to serve more than 60 clients and over 10,000 financial intermediaries, representing more than 50% of Czech financial product distribution market share. The company administers 2.5+ million contracts and processes more than USD 5 billion in commissions annually. In 2022 it expanded into Slovakia through the acquisition of a local startup and the establishment of CREASOFT SK, s.r.o.
