Overview

Coverzen is a distribution and sales SaaS platform designed for insurance intermediaries, including agents, brokers, and sub-agents, operating in Italy and the broader EMEA region. The platform centralizes quoting, policy issuance, document management, portfolio management, and post-sale client servicing into a single unified interface.

The platform connects intermediaries directly to more than 20 insurance carriers, enabling comparative quoting across multiple providers with minimal data entry. Once a client selects a policy, issuance is handled without manual re-entry. Supporting features include automated client reminders via email, SMS, and WhatsApp, digital document archiving, electronic signatures, and a full CRM for tracking client portfolios. Coverzen also offers back-office support for renewals and modifications with a 24-hour turnaround guarantee.

Founded in 2021 and headquartered in Milan, Coverzen raised EUR 3.3M in Seed funding from Vertis SGR and a syndicate of business angels. The company has grown to serve hundreds of registered insurance intermediaries across Italy and holds IVASS regulatory registration (RUI B000450117).
