Overview

CHOYS is a group benefits and employee wellbeing SaaS platform for small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in Southeast Asia. Founded in 2022 and headquartered in Singapore, the platform combines group health insurance with wellness and engagement tools, targeting the gap between employer intent and actual program delivery for HR teams at growing companies.

The platform integrates WhatsApp, Slack, and email to automate wellness program delivery -- from launch through completion tracking -- and uses gamification such as step challenges, leaderboards, and reward redemption to drive employee participation. CHOYS offers group medical, outpatient, and dental insurance through underwriting partnerships with Singlife and Fluid, including a buy-now-pay-later employee benefits plan designed for SMEs. An AI-powered program builder and analytics dashboard enable small HR teams to run structured wellbeing initiatives without significant manual overhead.

CHOYS closed a USD 1.1M seed round in August 2023, with participation from Wing Vasiksiri, Foremast, Antler, and Fintech Nation Fund. Customers include Kopi Kenangan, Antler, CMC Invest, and Zenyum, among others across the region. The platform is ISO 27001 certified.
