Overview

Brickeye is an IoT and data analytics platform for construction risk management, serving insurers, brokers, and construction owners. The platform provides real-time monitoring of job site hazards -- water intrusion, environmental conditions, and structural factors -- enabling technology-driven loss controls for builders risk and construction insurance programs.

The platform combines ruggedized wireless sensors, standalone job site connectivity, and cloud-based analytics software. Products include water leak detection ropes and probes, flow meters, automatic shut-off valves, concrete curing monitors, and environmental sensors measuring noise and micro-weather conditions. Brickeye also offers BuildersRiskIQ, a digital dashboard that provides visibility into IoT-enabled water damage mitigation data for insureds, brokers, and underwriters from the pre-construction and quoting phase onward.

Since 2014 the company has deployed its technology on more than 3,000 projects across 20+ countries and reports 150% year-over-year revenue growth.
