Overview

Agent21 is an agency management platform for independent insurance agents and brokers in Poland, covering P&C lines. It replaces manual re-entry of policy data across insurer portals with a locally installed desktop system that imports client, vehicle, policy, claims, payment, and renewal records directly from insurer sales applications.

The product runs on Windows 10/11 and stores all agency data in an encrypted database on the agent's own machine rather than in the cloud, which the company positions as a data-sovereignty and simplified-GDPR alternative to cloud-based agency management systems. It includes direct data imports from insurer systems such as Warta eAgent, Ergo Hestia, Generali, Proama, TUW, TUZ, UNILINK, Bezpieczny.pl, and ASF Premium-Hiperio, plus PDF-based imports covering products from roughly 30 additional insurers including PZU, Allianz, and Uniqa. A built-in multi-comparator lets agents quote across insurers from within the platform, and a mobile companion app, mAgent21, is used for barcode scanning of policy documents to speed data capture.

Agent21 is developed and sold by DOR-FIN s.c., a Warsaw-based insurance software office founded by Michal Jasinski, who previously built a sales application adopted by carrier TUiR Warta S.A. as its official agent system from 2007 through early 2024. The product is self-funded, with no external investors identified, and had more than 200 users as of trade-press coverage in September 2022.
