Overview

TrueScreen is a digital evidence certification platform for insurance carriers, brokers, and legal professionals. The platform applies ISO/IEC 27037 forensic methodology combined with SHA-256 cryptographic hashing and qualified electronic timestamps to certify digital content -- photos, videos, audio recordings, documents, emails, and screen recordings -- with legal standing under the eIDAS Regulation (EU 910/2014).

Delivery channels include a mobile app (iOS and Android), web portal, forensic browser, Chrome extension, and a RESTful API with SDKs for iOS, Android, and web. Insurance-specific workflows cover claims documentation at FNOL, remote underwriting inspections, legal protection insurance evidence, and natural disaster damage records. Enterprise integrations connect to SharePoint, AWS S3, Azure Blob Storage, Google Cloud Storage, and SFTP, with SSO via SAML 2.0 and OpenID Connect.

Founded in Bologna in 2022, TrueScreen raised a EUR 2.4M seed round in September 2024 led by CYSERO EuVECA. The platform serves over 20,000 users across 150+ countries and 10+ industries. Named insurance customers include Zurich, Generali, Vittoria Assicurazioni, DAS Tutela Legale, and Credem Assicurazioni.
