Rapihogar (now operating as Vaitty since late 2025) is a claims and assistance management platform for carriers, banks, and large enterprises in Latin America. Founded in 2017 in Cordoba, Argentina, the company provides a digital hub that enables insurers to manage customer assistance requests across home, mobility, health, pet, and device service categories.

The core product, Neo Asistencia, is a SaaS platform that connects insurance customers with a vetted network of service providers. Insurers configure the platform under their own brand and embed it into existing workflows via REST API. Additional modules include Smart Claims (property appraisal and claims processing) and Proptech Assistance (a white-label maintenance portal for property managers and real estate companies).

In December 2024, the company closed a Series A round of EUR 500,000 led by Iope Ventures (Telefonica/Wayra) and Fondo Capital, with participation from angel investors and Incutex. The platform serves over 2 million users through its insurance and banking customers and maintains a network of 7,000+ verified service providers in Argentina. The company rebranded to Vaitty in late 2025 as part of its international expansion into Europe.
