Qualla
SaaS platform enabling insurance agencies to compare, issue, and renew policies across multiple insurers
Overview
Qualla is a distribution and policy management SaaS platform for insurance agents in Israel. Built as a subsidiary of Polibit, the platform allows independent insurance agencies to compare products from multiple insurers, issue new policies, and process renewals -- all without requiring direct access to each insurer's internal systems.
The platform includes a chatbot-driven renewals engine that automates high-volume renewal workflows. Agencies can configure the system to handle renewal approvals automatically, eliminating manual processing for routine cases. A planned customer-facing interface will allow end policyholders to simulate quotes through agent websites and complete purchases without agent intervention.
Qualla is integrated with major Israeli insurers including The Phoenix and Ayalon Insurance Company, with additional integrations with Clal Insurance and Migdal planned. The platform targets independent insurance agent offices seeking to modernize operations and compete against direct distribution channels.
