The company holds delegated underwriting authority from major carriers and operates as a digital underwriting agency, enabling applicants to obtain tailored multi-product commercial coverage through a fully digital purchase flow.

The platform uses an automated scoring engine to assess risk and compile multi-product insurance packages from capacity providers including Hiscox, Allianz, Wakam, QBE, Beazley, Generali, and AXA. Applicants complete a 5-10 question questionnaire and receive a bundled commercial policy in under five minutes. The company also makes its underwriting engine and carrier connectivity available to brokers and agents via a white-label platform, allowing partners to quote, bind, and issue policies without building their own underwriting infrastructure.

Founded in 2015 by Eric Mignot, Anthony Jouannau, and Salah Hamida, +Simple raised EUR 90M in growth financing from KKR in 2022 and has since expanded through four acquisitions: Créalinks (one of France's top-25 MGAs), Alians, Carl Rieck Assecuradeur (Germany), and Marintec (Italy).
