PasarPolis is an insurance distribution and microinsurance platform serving consumers, carriers, and digital partners across Southeast Asia. Built on Google Cloud Platform using Kubernetes Engine, BigQuery, and Pub/Sub, it automates underwriting and claims using machine learning and data analytics. A REST-based API with HMAC authentication enables integration with e-commerce platforms, ride-hailing services, and retail partners. Claims are settled in under 24 hours, with an average resolution time of 18 seconds for automated cases. PasarPolis also launched TAP Insure in 2022 as a direct-to-consumer brand offering affordable travel and personal accident products.

The company has raised USD 76M across multiple rounds, with investors including LeapFrog Investments, SBI Investment, Gojek, Tokopedia, Traveloka, AlphaJWC, Intudo Ventures, and Tokio Marine. Over 1 billion policies have been issued to date, with distribution partnerships spanning Shopee, Gojek, IKEA, and VFS Global across Indonesia, Thailand, and Vietnam.
