Overview
OnLife Health is a population health and member engagement platform for health insurers, serving commercial health plans, Medicare Advantage, and ACA lines of business. Originally founded in 1996 as Gordian Health Solutions and rebranded in 2010, the company operated as a subsidiary of BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee and later GuideWell Connect (Florida Blue) before being acquired by Pager in October 2022. Following full integration of people, technology, and processes, the combined entity rebranded as Pager Health in June 2024. The OnLife wellness product has been relaunched as ReallyWell under the Pager Health brand.
The platform delivers white-labeled wellness portals to health plan members, integrating with 90+ wearable devices and applications. Core capabilities include an AI-driven personalization engine, configurable incentive programs, self-guided wellness programs, team challenges, a biometric and claims data analysis layer, and an NCQA-accredited health assessment tool. The platform also provides integrated nurse chat covering 700+ health topics and access to NBHWC-certified health coaches across 30 health topics. HITRUST-certified and URAC-accredited, the platform is delivered as SaaS with white-label branding for carrier partners.
OnLife Health has reached 26 million members across the United States and Latin America. Pager Health, the parent entity, has raised USD 132.6M in total funding including a USD 70M Series C in September 2021 and a USD 33M Series B in 2020. Key reported outcomes include 83% annual wellness exam gap closure, 59% health assessment completion, and a 93 NPS score among member users.
