Kelcare is a claims management SaaS platform for P&C carriers, brokers, and claims assistants operating in the French market. The platform covers the full property damage claims lifecycle -- from initial declaration through repair coordination and case closure -- using AI-assisted routing and automated workflows.
The core product, Kelcare Assist, connects insurers with a network of more than 5,000 qualified tradespeople across 85 building trades. It automates quote analysis, anomaly detection, and workforce assignment while requiring human approval at key decision points. The platform runs on sovereign cloud infrastructure, is RGPD-compliant, and supports white-label deployment for insurer and broker partners.
Founded in 2024 by Gregory Valency, an experienced craftsman-turned-entrepreneur, Kelcare emerged as a claims-focused extension of Kelkun, an artisan network platform. The company was accepted into the 8th cohort of the French Assurtech accelerator in July 2025, backed by eight major French insurers and mutual groups. Active deployments are underway with AXA Montpellier and Abeille Assurances, with Covea and Mutuelle du Poitou in co-construction.
