Overview

Insurance Agent App is a customer engagement platform for independent insurance agents that provides policyholders with a branded mobile and web application for self-service access to their policies. The platform serves agents across P&C personal and commercial lines, from solo practitioners to enterprise agencies with 20,000 or more active clients.

The platform integrates with major agency management systems including AMS360, QQCatalyst, EZLynx, and Hawksoft, syncing policy data multiple times per day to keep client-facing information current. Delivered as a white-label SaaS solution, it allows agents to deploy a branded app without custom development. Key capabilities include digital ID card delivery, two-way document sharing, bill pay, claims and COI request processing, and multi-lingual support.

Founded in 2012 by Matt Aaron and Kiki Johnson, the company has operated as a bootstrapped, privately owned business. It holds industry endorsements from Big I (Independent Insurance Agents and Brokers of America) and the Trusted Choice network, and has received awards from ACORD and the AIIC for innovation in the independent agent channel.
