Hippo Insurance (河馬保險) is a B2B SaaS platform providing CRM and policy management tools for insurance agents and brokerages in Taiwan. The platform targets the information gap between policyholders and their agents by offering tools that help professionals organize client portfolios, communicate proactively, and deliver transparent service.

The platform offers a three-tier product suite delivered via web and mobile: a web-based agent dashboard, a mobile app for agents in the field, and a policyholder-facing app that consolidates policy details from multiple carriers. An AI assistant, HiroAI, was integrated in late 2025 to enable natural-language queries across policy data for both agents and clients.
