Overview
Flexperto is a digital client consultation platform for insurance carriers, banks, and financial services firms in Europe, primarily serving the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). The platform enables remote advisory sessions between enterprise representatives and their clients without requiring any client-side software installation.
The product suite includes browser-based video consultations via WebRTC, online appointment scheduling, e-signatures compliant with European regulations, AI-powered session transcription, and post-consultation customer feedback collection. All functionality operates in the browser and integrates with CRM and contact center systems including Salesforce, Genesys, and Vonage. The platform is ISO 27001 certified and hosted entirely in Germany for GDPR compliance.
Flexperto was acquired by RGI Group -- an Italian insurtech backed by private equity firm Corsair Capital -- in April 2021, which extended the platform's reach into Italy and France. As of 2026, the company serves over 100 enterprise customers with more than one million consultations processed on the platform. Flexperto announced in early 2025 that it will discontinue the platform by end of 2026 and is supporting customers in migrating to alternative solutions.
