Overview
Felix is a B2B SaaS platform for insurance brokers in the UAE, enabling digital distribution and sales of motor and health insurance products. The platform connects brokers, insurers, and consumers through a unified interface, automating broker workflows from quote generation to policy issuance.
The platform handles underwriting, sales management, and customer engagement in a single system. Launched in January 2019 after participating in the Techstars Dubai accelerator program, Felix raised USD 800,000 in a seed round in 2020 from investors including the Oman Technology Fund. The company targets insurance brokers seeking to modernize their operations in the UAE market.
