Overview

FairDee is a digital insurance distribution platform for independent agents and brokers in Thailand, focused on life, health, and accident insurance lines. The company provides software tools that enable agents to quote, compare, and sell insurance products online, replacing manual paper-based workflows with a streamlined digital process. FairDee was founded in 2017 by Yujun Chean, Prateek Jogani, and Thanasak Hoontrakul.

The core product is a web-based quoting and management platform that connects agents to multiple insurance carriers, allowing them to present and bind policies digitally. The platform is accessible via browser with no installation required, and integrates with carrier systems to pull live product data for comparison and purchase.

FairDee was acquired by Qoala Group in March 2021, becoming its Thailand subsidiary. Qoala subsequently raised a USD 65 million Series B in July 2022 led by Eurazeo, with participation from Flourish Ventures, Sequoia Capital India, and others. FairDee operates as a licensed insurance broker in Thailand (License No. 00012/2562) and employs approximately 64 people as of early 2026.
