Overview

Even Healthcare is a managed care and health technology platform for individual consumers and corporate employers in India. The company operates on a subscription model that bundles unlimited primary care, diagnostics, and hospitalization coverage into a single monthly or annual plan, partnering with licensed insurers to offer optional insurance add-ons. Founded in 2020 in Bengaluru by Mayank Banerjee, Matilde Giglio (COO), and Alessandro Ialongo (CTO), the platform aims to realign incentives away from fee-for-service procedures toward preventive health outcomes.

The platform combines a consumer mobile app, owned clinic network, and partner hospital access. The mobile app supports teleconsultations with specialists including psychologists and physiotherapists, diagnostic test bookings, medicine ordering with home delivery, electronic medical records, and health tracking via integration with Google Health Connect and Apple HealthKit. Even Healthcare operates six owned clinics in Bengaluru and opened its first 70-bed multi-speciality hospital in July 2025, with plans to expand to 25 facilities over 36 months. Insurance coverage within plans is provided through partnerships with Care Health Insurance, Digit General Insurance, and Magma General Insurance.

Even Healthcare has raised approximately USD 70M across multiple rounds, with the most recent USD 20M raised in January 2026 from Lachy Groom and Alpha Wave, valuing the company at more than double its previous valuation. Corporate group plans cover employees at 130+ companies including Ultrahuman, Tally, LivSpace, and Slice. The company reported 92% revenue retention and achieved early operational break-even as of 2025. In May 2026, Even Healthcare received IRDAI approval to expand into retail health insurance distribution through its wholly-owned corporate agent subsidiary, Euston Insurance Advisors.
