Entegral
SaaS platform connecting insurers, repairers, and vehicle owners throughout the automotive claims lifecycle
Overview
Entegral is a vehicle claims management platform for P&C insurance carriers, providing SaaS tools that connect insurers, collision repair networks, vehicle manufacturers, and policyholders. The company was launched in 2019 as a wholly owned subsidiary of Enterprise Mobility, drawing on internal systems Enterprise had developed to manage its own self-insured fleet operations.
The platform covers the full claims cycle, from first notice of loss and mobile-based damage triage through repair shop selection, network management, and post-repair analytics. Products are delivered as SaaS applications and via REST APIs that integrate into existing claims management systems. A key technology partnership with Tractable brings computer vision AI into the claims triage workflow for real-time vehicle damage assessment. The platform also integrates with Guidewire and supports open API connections to third-party claims systems.
Entegral serves more than 70 insurance providers, car manufacturers, and collision network sponsors across the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, and Puerto Rico, including most of the top 25 insurance companies globally. The North American network covers over 23,000 verified body shops; the UK database includes more than 2,000 repairers with granular capability data on ADAS systems, EV specialisms, and OEM accreditations.
