EMP Health is a digital health technology platform serving insurance carriers, medical organizations, and employers in Russia. The company provides voluntary health insurance (DMC) management tools, telemedicine infrastructure, occupational health monitoring, and a consumer-facing digital clinic application. It operates at the intersection of health insurance distribution and telehealth delivery, connecting corporate clients with insurance carriers and medical providers through a unified digital ecosystem.

The platform integrates with over 10 major Russian insurance carriers -- including AlfaInsurance, Ingosstrakh, SOGAZ, VSK, and Renaissance Insurance -- and medical partners such as SberHealth and VitaMed. Its telemedicine infrastructure complies with Russia's Federal Telemedicine Law (FZ-242) and uses InfoTeCS ViPNet encrypted channels certified under Russian FSTEC information security standards, making it one of the first telemedicine platforms in Russia to achieve K2 security classification. All development is conducted in-house and the platform is registered in the Russian Domestic Software registry.

EMP Health has operated since 2012 (originally as RuHealth.net, rebranded to Emportal/EMP around 2017-2018) and became a Skolkovo Foundation resident in 2018 with a strategic investment from InfoTeCS. The company serves three segments -- employers managing corporate health benefits, medical organizations needing telemedicine infrastructure, and individual consumers -- and participates in Russia's national healthcare digitalization initiatives.
